Welcome to Career Making Guidance (CMG) Academy , Maharashtra’s leading NEET counseling center. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and any interactions you may have with us through digital platforms (including WhatsApp, phone calls, PDFs, and email). By accessing our website or using our counseling services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Our services are intended for students and parents seeking admission into MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, and other medical programs in India. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using our services with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Services Offered
- Admission counseling under All India Quota (AIQ), State Quota, Management Quota
- Choice filling guidance for all rounds (Mop-Up, Stray Vacancy)
- Personalized counseling through WhatsApp, calls, PDFs, or in-person sessions
- College selection based on NEET score, preferences, and budget
All services are consultative in nature and do not guarantee admission.
3. Counseling Fees
Our all-inclusive paid counseling program is priced at ₹5000. This amount is non-refundable once the counseling process has begun.
4. Payment Terms
Payment must be completed in full before the start of the counseling process. CMG Academy accepts UPI, bank transfer, or in-person cash payments. Detailed receipts will be provided upon request.
5. No Guarantee Clause
CMG Academy does not guarantee admission to any college. We provide professional guidance based on experience and data, but final admission is subject to official procedures, merit lists, and availability of seats.
6. Use of Information
Students must provide accurate personal and academic details. CMG Academy will not be responsible for issues arising from false or incomplete information provided by the student.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, taglines, PDFs, and materials provided during the counseling process, are the intellectual property of CMG Academy and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
8. Communication Consent
By registering for our services, you consent to receive communication via WhatsApp, phone, SMS, and email related to counseling updates, deadlines, and educational information.
9. Limitation of Liability
CMG Academy, its staff, and partners will not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of our services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if a student or parent engages in unethical behavior, misuses our services, or violates any of the above terms.
11. Modifications
These terms may be revised at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
